A journey. A crash. A discovery. A revelation. Considering the times we live in one can not help but wonder how this will affect the constitution and imaginations of everyone – especially writers whose work focuses on the future. No doubt we live in tumultuous times, it’s not the first and it won’t be the last. But it’s also why we love our little Brick Moon satellite orbiting everything it can offer an escape from the madness, or an emotional insight into the madness. “The Conductor” by Eli Edelson (narrated by Nicholas Thurkettle) is the latter.
